About Jenny
Jenny Helman is the co-owner and practitioner at Ounce of Prevention Nutrition Practice and is an award-winning Holistic Nutrition Consultant in Sonoma County, California. She graduated with honors from Bauman College in Penngrove, California in August 2014. After a successful 25-year career in the Sonoma County wine industry, Jenny changed paths to combine her passion for healthy eating with a desire to help others improve their health through the wonderful world of food. She now provides nutrition advice to help people be well through individualized programs and workshops. She also works for The Ceres Community Project where she teaches nutrition education classes. In December 2017 Jenny joined the Distance Learning Team on the faculty at Bauman College.
In April 2016, Jenny was awarded the Going Up award from The National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) in recognition of the visibility, success and distinction she has achieved in the Holistic Nutrition Industry.

Irema Sivcevic is the co-owner and practitioner at Ounce of Prevention Nutrition Practice. She holds a Masters in Holistic Health and Nutrition Education from Hawthorn University and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has worked as an engineer for over twenty five years, but Irema’s passion for healthy food steered her towards the field of holistic nutrition. She has taught nutritional workshops and worked as a clinical nutritionist alongside functional and integrative medicine practitioners. Irema is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, and is an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master. She is also faculty staff at Bauman College, a holistic nutrition and culinary arts college.

Following successful careers in the corporate world where Ellen was a law office manager, paralegal and Investor Relations Manager in San Francisco, Ellen pursued the study of alternative and natural Healing modalities. She ultimately earned a Master of Science Degree in Natural Health.
As a result of her continuing research and studies, particularly in the field of aromatherapy, she discovered her passion involved the mastery of blending essential oils. She developed a successful line of 21 oil blends that are exclusively sold by a New York based corporation. Currently, in cooperation with Iaso she has developed another line of exclusive blends under the name Atherae. She especially enjoys working with individuals creating personal blends that enhance emotional and physical wellbeing.

About Susan
Susan is a Flower Essence Practitioner and has gained a great deal of experience with both conventional and alternative healing modalities in her life-long pursuit of trying to heal herself of asthma and Osteoarthritis. The long road to recovery eventually lead her to flower essences and she was compelled to take the professional training through the Flower Essence Society in 2010. Along the journey, Susan has also been deeply involved in spiritual practices of meditation, shamanism, mystery school, Native American and plant
studies among others. Susan’s approach as a healing practitioner is to work with the individual and not the illness or disease and her goal is to facilitate a vibrational shift through the flower essences transforming the underlying causes of “disease” toward a state of harmony and health.

About Merritt
Merritt has been involved in energy and alternative healing work as a recipient for more than 20 years and more recently has become a practitioner as a certified Atlantean Healer, Quantum Touch Practitioner, and most recently achieved certification in Esogetic Colorpuncture.
Prior to the move to Santa Rosa, Merritt worked as a Rock Physics expert in the oil and gas industry in Houston. That work involved understanding the frequency of sound waves propagating through the Earth to locate hydrocarbons. She transfers that knowledge of the frequency of sound waves to lightwave properties and how that affects the human body.
